Trainee Export Freight Coordinator

Job Description

Trainee Export Freight Coordinator to work for a World Leading Transportation company with over 40 years' expereince. 

Mon to Friday 9am - 17.30pm. 1 Hour for lunch. 28 days holidays rising to 33 days with service. Private Healthcare after 1st year. Contributory Pension Scheme

 Very busy, varied role where no one day is the same, dealing with International collections and you will be trained to deal with: 

• Customer Quotations
• Negotiations with Air & Sea Freight for best price & service
• Produce and provide All freight documentation
• Arrange Air & Surface Freight consignments for collection and delivery
• Creating and overseeing various aspects of Customs documentation such as EUR1’s, C of O’s and LOC’s
• Insurance schedules and certificates
• General Administration and Office duties
• Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
